簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為進(jìn)一步提升曹路鎮(zhèn)居住小區(qū)非生活垃圾清運(yùn)效果，維護(hù)居住小區(qū)環(huán)境清潔和環(huán)境秩序，提高居民生活質(zhì)量，規(guī)范居住小區(qū)綜合垃圾（除生活垃圾外）運(yùn)輸處置行為，擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)招標(biāo)的方式，選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商，對(duì)曹路鎮(zhèn)行政區(qū)域內(nèi)44個(gè)住宅小區(qū)（建筑面積約355.53萬(wàn)平方米）進(jìn)行綜合垃圾（除生活垃圾）一體化清運(yùn)。包括：建筑垃圾、大件垃圾（沙發(fā)、床墊等）、綠化垃圾等。本項(xiàng)目日常清運(yùn)費(fèi)預(yù)算為：人民幣375.914萬(wàn)元；應(yīng)急處置費(fèi)預(yù)算為：人民幣80萬(wàn)元，績(jī)效獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)費(fèi)固定價(jià)格為：20萬(wàn)元。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to further enhance the effectiveness of non domestic waste removal in residential areas of Caolu Town, maintain environmental cleanliness and order, improve residents' quality of life, and standardize the transportation and disposal of comprehensive waste (excluding domestic waste) in residential areas, it is proposed to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to carry out integrated waste removal (excluding domestic waste) in 44 residential areas (with a building area of approximately 3.5553 million square meters) within the administrative area of Caolu Town. Including: construction waste, large waste (sofas, mattresses, etc.), green waste, etc. The budget for daily cleaning and transportation expenses for this project is RMB 3.75914 million; The budget for emergency response fee is RMB 800000, and the fixed price for performance reward fee is RMB 200000. 合同履約期限：2025年7月1日起至2026年6月30日。
