簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：根據(jù)2024年宣橋鎮(zhèn)鄉(xiāng)村振興重點(diǎn)任務(wù)清單,鎮(zhèn)河長(zhǎng)辦承擔(dān)水環(huán)境整治項(xiàng)目，根據(jù)前期排摸需要對(duì)沿路沿線(xiàn)的河道進(jìn)行整治，主要包括:河道疏浚、河道保潔、岸坡整治、綠化種植、水生態(tài)修復(fù)等。
Brief Specification Description:According to the list of key tasks for rural revitalization in Xuanqiao Town in 2024, the town river chief's office is responsible for water environment improvement projects. Based on the preliminary survey needs, the river channels along the route will be improved, mainly including river dredging, river cleaning, bank slope improvement, green planting, water ecological restoration, etc.

二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿(mǎn)足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿(mǎn)足的資格要求：
（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)， 評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠；
（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位， 并將其視同小微型企業(yè)；
（3）優(yōu)先采購(gòu)節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品政策：在技術(shù)、服務(wù)等指標(biāo)同等條件下，對(duì)財(cái)政部財(cái)庫(kù)〔2019〕18 號(hào)和財(cái)政部財(cái)庫(kù)〔2019〕19 號(hào)文公布的節(jié)能環(huán)保產(chǎn)品品目清單中的產(chǎn)品實(shí)行優(yōu)先采購(gòu)；對(duì)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品品目清單中以“★”標(biāo)注的產(chǎn)品，實(shí)行強(qiáng)制采購(gòu)。供應(yīng)商須提供具有國(guó)家確定的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)出具的、處于有效期之內(nèi)的認(rèn)證證書(shū)方能享受優(yōu)先采購(gòu)或強(qiáng)制采購(gòu)政策；
