Entrusted by North Huajin Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), China Cntc International Tendering Corporation(Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international bidding method from potential bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:
1#2#50萬噸/年聚丙烯裝置PDS閥70臺(tái)，其中1#50萬噸/年聚丙烯裝置35臺(tái)，2#50萬噸/年聚丙烯裝置35臺(tái)。本項(xiàng)目共分2個(gè)標(biāo)包，標(biāo)包1:54臺(tái)，標(biāo)包2:16臺(tái)。投標(biāo)人可兼投兼中。
1 # 2 # 500,000 ton / year polypropylene device PDS valves, including 35sets ,1 # 50 0,000 tons / year polypropylene units and 35sets,2 # 50 0,000 tons / year polypropylene devices. This project is divided into 2 standard packages, including 1:54 sets and 2:16 sets. Bidders can both vote and win.

3. 對(duì)投標(biāo)人的資質(zhì)要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders
1) 投標(biāo)人具有有效的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證明文件（境外投標(biāo)人），需提供相應(yīng)證明復(fù)印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2)      國(guó)內(nèi)制造商需提供《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》（壓力管道元件制造）；國(guó)外制造商須提供所投產(chǎn)品特種設(shè)備型式試驗(yàn)證書和《中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》（壓力管道元件制造）。（投標(biāo)人須提供證書的掃描件）。
Domestic manufacturers shall provide the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China (manufacturing of pressure pipe components); foreign manufacturers shall provide the special equipment type test certificate of the invested products and the Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China (manufacturing of pressure pipe components).(The bidder shall provide a scanned copy of the certificate.)
3）本項(xiàng)目不接受代理商投標(biāo)；
This project does not accept agent bidding；
4）標(biāo)包一業(yè)績(jī)要求：
自2014年1月1日至投標(biāo)文件遞交截止時(shí)間前7日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品（PDS閥）在中國(guó)境內(nèi)具有類似本項(xiàng)目聚丙烯裝置的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，單個(gè)供貨業(yè)績(jī)中不少于20臺(tái)PDS閥。須提供銷售合同的掃描件（含雙方蓋章頁、項(xiàng)目名稱、貨物名稱、供貨數(shù)量、簽訂日期頁）和簽字版技術(shù)協(xié)議的掃描件（應(yīng)體現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目名稱、裝置規(guī)模、供貨清單），未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，則視為無效業(yè)績(jī)。
Performance requirements for Package 1：
From January 1,2014 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of tender documents (subject to the signing time of the contract), the bidding product (PDS valve) has the supply performance similar to the polypropylene device of this project in China, and no less than 20 PDS valves in a single supply performance. The scanned copies of the sales contract (including the sealed page of the parties, the name of the project, the name of the goods, the supply quantity, the signing date page) and the scanned copies of the signed technical agreement (the project name, the size of the equipment and the supply list) shall be provided. If the contract fails to provide according to the above requirements or if the information is incomplete, it shall be deemed as invalid..
