1. 中招國際招標(biāo)有限公司（招標(biāo)代理機(jī)構(gòu)）受北方華錦聯(lián)合石化有限公司（招標(biāo)人）委托，以國際招標(biāo)方式邀請潛在投標(biāo)人就下列貨物和有關(guān)服務(wù)提交密封投標(biāo)：
Entrusted by North Huajin Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), China Cntc International Tendering Corporation(Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international bidding method from potential bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:

Potential bidders (who are interested in or invited) can obtain further information and access to the bidding documents from China Cntc International Tendering Corporation
3. 對投標(biāo)人的資質(zhì)要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders
1) 投標(biāo)人具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）/企業(yè)經(jīng)營許可證明文件（境外投標(biāo)人），需提供相應(yīng)證明復(fù)印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2）投標(biāo)人為所投產(chǎn)品制造商，或與制造商同屬同一集團(tuán)（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的銷售公司，若投標(biāo)人為上述情況的銷售公司，還須出具能證明與制造商同屬同一集團(tuán)（同一母公司控股）或與制造商存在控股、參股的相關(guān)證明文件。
Bidder for the product manufacturer, or with the manufacturer belong to the same group (the same parent company holding) or with the manufacturer holding, participating in the sales company, if the bidder for the above situation of sales company, also must issue can prove with the manufacturer belong to the same group (the same parent company holding) or with the manufacturer holding, participation of relevant documents.
3）投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品須具有中國國家強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證證書（投標(biāo)人須提供證書的掃描件）。The bidding products shall have the national compulsory product certification certificate (the bidder shall provide the scanned copy of the certificate).
4）本項(xiàng)目不接受代理商投標(biāo)；
This project does not accept agent bidding；
5)    自2019年7月1日至投標(biāo)文件遞交截止時(shí)間前7日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品（料位開關(guān)）在中國境內(nèi)具有聚烯烴裝置的供貨業(yè)績，業(yè)績合同中提供的產(chǎn)品須與本次投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品一致。單個(gè)供貨業(yè)績合同中不少于30臺料位開關(guān)。須提供銷售合同的掃描件（含雙方蓋章頁、項(xiàng)目名稱、貨物名稱、供貨數(shù)量、簽訂日期頁）和簽字版技術(shù)協(xié)議的掃描件（應(yīng)體現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目名稱、裝置規(guī)模、供貨清單），未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，則視為無效業(yè)績。
