Brief Specification Description:The implementation of the location of Ma Chang village, fair village, people's village, Henggang village and Longgang village, involving a total of 9 irrigation areas, farmland construction area of 4072 mu, of which the new construction of 3083.5 mu (Yongnong 2604.8 mu), quality transformation of 988.5 mu. To this end, a supplier is selected through competitive negotiation to provide agent-construction management services for this project.
