簡要規(guī)則描述：通過與城管部門實行實時聯(lián)動，落實和健全“巡查-發(fā)現(xiàn)-制止-上報-配合處置”的工作機(jī)制,遏制三林鎮(zhèn)外環(huán)外違章現(xiàn)象，為采購人提供生態(tài)環(huán)境綜合整治服務(wù)。本項目采購工作量總計不少于87216小時。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description: Through the implementation of real-time linkage with the urban management department, the working mechanism of "inspection-discovery-stopping-reporting-cooperative disposal" is implemented and improved, curb the phenomenon of violations outside the outer ring of Sanlin Town, and provide comprehensive ecological environment improvement services for purchasers.The total procurement workload of this project is not less than 87,216 hours. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).
