Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The Dazhi River East Water Gate, the Dropping Lake Outlet Gate, the Luqiao Diversion River Water Gate, and the Luqiao Port Water Gate are package one, fully responsible for the safe operation of the aforementioned water (pump) gates. They promptly execute the operation schedu ling instructions from the district water gate center, are responsible for the daily operation, inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of water (pump) gate facilities and equipment, as well as environmental sanitation.

This package is fully responsible for the safe operation of these water (pump) gates, promptly executing the operation schedul ing instructions from the District Watergate Center.
