Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The project mainly entrusts professional technical service units to conduct in-process and post-event supervision on specific projects of Pudong river filling administrative permit, including daily on-site inspection of river filling and regular information submission (monthly inspection, progress tracking, monthly work report); Basic data acquisition (professional measurement and qualitative verification) of plane control points and river cross sections; Based on the collected basic data, drawings, river planning and water system verification (make a comparison between the planning and the current situation, and carry out qualitative verification), flood control hidden dangers investigation, and supervision evaluation report preparation (supervision methods, supervision processes, and supervision conclusions) are carried out.
