二、申請(qǐng)人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定；
(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";
(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：1）鼓勵(lì)節(jié)能政策；2）鼓勵(lì)環(huán)保政策； 3）扶持中小企業(yè)、促進(jìn)殘疾人就業(yè)政策， 監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位視同小型、微型企業(yè)。
