簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：根據(jù)《浦東新區(qū)關(guān)于推進(jìn)環(huán)保管家服務(wù)工作的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》【浦府規(guī)〔2024〕7號(hào)】精神，現(xiàn)擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)采購(gòu)的方式，引入第三方環(huán)保服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，通過(guò)系統(tǒng)化、專(zhuān)業(yè)化、精細(xì)化、定制化的環(huán)保服務(wù)，統(tǒng)籌指導(dǎo)解決環(huán)境問(wèn)題，降低環(huán)境污染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，完善環(huán)境管理制度，提升鎮(zhèn)域環(huán)境管理水平。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief Specification Description: In accordance with the spirit of the "Guiding Opinions of Pudong New Area on Promoting Environmental Steward Services" [Pufu Gui [2024] No. 7], it is now planned to introduce third-party environmental protection service agencies through public procurement, and through systematic, professional, refined and customized environmental protection services, coordinate and guide the solution of environmental problems, reduce the risk of environmental pollution, improve the environmental management system, and improve the level of environmental management in the town.
