簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：將糧庫西側(cè)圍墻臨近5根高壓電線桿及3根路燈桿等其他附屬設(shè)施通過搬遷集并的方式，使通車輔道上從糧庫南側(cè)圍墻至大門路段不再有高壓電線桿阻礙通行。優(yōu)化后，原高壓電線桿阻擋糧庫大門進出的困難能夠消除阻礙運糧車安全轉(zhuǎn)彎的情況得以改善、且增加緊急情況下臨時蓄車的可能。

二、申請人的資格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定；

（1）扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目（是）專門面向中小企 業(yè)采購；
（2）監(jiān)獄企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: 1. Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China; 2. Qualification requirements for implementing government procurement policies: (1) Supporting policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises; (2) Prison enterprises and welfare units for disabled persons shall be treated as small and micro enterprises.

3） 具有在上海市備案的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
