（1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投標(biāo)人為境內(nèi)注冊(cè)公司，投標(biāo)人需提供合法有效的企業(yè)法人營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時(shí)需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標(biāo)人為境外注冊(cè)公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊(cè)證明；The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投標(biāo)人應(yīng)為所投產(chǎn)品（分析儀系統(tǒng)/分析小屋）的制造商。如果投標(biāo)人是制造廠商所在集團(tuán)內(nèi)負(fù)責(zé)銷售的公司，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)提供聲明，說明投標(biāo)人與制造廠商隸屬同一集團(tuán)，負(fù)責(zé)投標(biāo)貨物的銷售工作。The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the products (analyzer system/analysis cabin).If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods. （1）投標(biāo)人所投的色譜分析儀的制造商具有至少1個(gè)在中國(guó)境內(nèi)環(huán)氧丙烷苯乙烯裝置（SMPO或POSM）的合同業(yè)績(jī)，單個(gè)合同包含不少于5臺(tái)色譜分析儀；
