簡要規(guī)則描述：浦東新區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境局城運管理和熱線平臺，承擔(dān)浦東新區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境局應(yīng)急值守工作，處理浦東新區(qū)城運中心、浦東新區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境局對口市相關(guān)職能局轉(zhuǎn)派的“一網(wǎng)統(tǒng)管”、熱線、城運管理等各類工單，處理浦東新區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境局智能發(fā)現(xiàn)、微信、微博等局內(nèi)自行發(fā)現(xiàn)需協(xié)同處置的工單，處理其他來源轉(zhuǎn)派的各類工單，并對相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行查評分析，管理時間全年365天*24小時無間斷。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The Urban Operation Management and Hotline Platform of the Pudong New Area Ecological Environment Bureau undertakes the emergency duty work of the Pudong New Area Ecological Environment Bureau, handles various work orders such as "one-network management", hotlines, and urban operation management transferred by the Pudong New Area Urban Operation Center and the relevant functional bureaus of the corresponding cities of the Pudong New Area Ecological Environment Bureau, Handle work orders that are discovered by the Pudong New Area Ecological Environment Bureau through intelligent means, wechat, Weibo and other internal sources and require collaborative handling, as well as various types of work orders transferred from other sources, and conduct review and analysis of relevant contents. The management period is 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, without interruption. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

合同履約期限：本項目服務(wù)期限為1年，起訖日期為2025年10月1日起到2026年9月30日止，具體以合同簽訂日期為準(zhǔn)。
The Contract Period:The service period of this project is one year, starting from October 1, 2025 and ending on September 30, 2026. The exact date is subject to the contract signing date.
