簡要規(guī)則描述：本次實施的地點為曹路鎮(zhèn)海潮村、啟明村以及永豐村，農(nóng)田建設(shè)面積279.4畝，其中新增建設(shè)235.9畝（永農(nóng)102.3畝），提升改造43.5畝。
（1）海潮、啟明灌區(qū)：北起小華江路，南至營房河，西臨豬場河，東挨海濱路。
（2）永豐灌區(qū)：北至龔豐路，南側(cè)為錦繡東路，西側(cè)為中橫圩，東至永新路。
工程主要內(nèi)容為：土地平整、灌溉工程、排水工程、道路工程等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:The implementation sites are Haichao Village, Qiming Village and Yongfeng Village of Caolu Town. The farmland construction area is 279.4 mu, of which 235.9 mu is newly constructed (102.3 mu is Yongnong) and 43.5 mu is upgraded and reconstructed.
(1) Haichao and Qiming irrigation areas: Xiaohua River Road in the north, Yingfang River in the south, Zhujiang River in the west and Haibin Road in the east.
(2) Yongfeng Irrigation District: Gongfeng Road in the north, Jinxiu East Road in the south, Zhonghengwei in the west and Yongxin Road in the east.
The main contents of the project are: land leveling, irrigation works, drainage works, road works, etc. (See Bill of Quantities and Drawings for specific quantities and requirements)

合同履約期限：合同簽訂生效之日起至質(zhì)保期結(jié)束，計劃工期：70日歷天
